1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of RipeDash, including the website, application, analytics, integrations, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

RipeDash provides trading analytics, review workflows, and coaching tools. RipeDash is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, financial adviser, or execution venue.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, credentials, devices, and workspace access. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.

If you use RipeDash on behalf of a company, coaching group, fund, school, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

3. Trading decisions

RipeDash surfaces analytics and observations from trading data. It does not provide financial advice, trading recommendations, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or guarantees of trading performance.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, account access, regulatory obligations, and compliance with the rules of any broker, exchange, funded account provider, or trading platform you use.

4. Connected accounts and data sync

Where RipeDash connects to a broker, trading platform, exchange, charting system, or data source, access must be limited to permissions needed for sync, analytics, review, and coaching workflows.

You must not misuse integrations, attempt to bypass permission scopes, upload data you do not have the right to use, or connect accounts in a way that violates third-party terms.

5. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the service, reverse engineer private systems, scrape the product at scale, probe infrastructure without permission, attempt unauthorized access, or use RipeDash to harm other users or third parties.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused, is creating operational risk, or is being used in a way that could harm the service.

6. Beta features and availability

Some features, integrations, pricing, limits, dashboards, and workflows may be released in beta, waitlist, preview, or limited-access form. They may change, be unavailable, or be removed as the product develops.

7. Intellectual property

RipeDash and its software, design, product concepts, trademarks, content, and service materials remain owned by RipeDash or its licensors. You retain ownership of trading data and content you provide to the service, subject to the rights needed for RipeDash to operate the product.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RipeDash disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RipeDash will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect damages, consequential damages, or losses arising from decisions made using the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, website, or account email.
