This Privacy Policy explains how RipeDash handles information connected to the website, application, analytics product, account integrations, and support workflows.

RipeDash is built around private trading review. We do not sell trader data or use your trading history to create a public signal product.

2. Information we collect

We collect information needed to provide and operate the service, including account details, workspace membership, contact messages, support requests, product usage events, settings, billing-related information where applicable, and technical logs.

When you connect an account or import history, we may process trade records, orders, fills, symbols, timestamps, prices, position sizing, notes, tags, charting context, and related analytics data.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, sync trade history, calculate analytics, power dashboards, support coaching workflows, provide customer support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and communicate service updates.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance, improve features, and diagnose reliability issues.

4. Team and coaching access

If you join a team, cohort, coaching workspace, or organization, the relevant administrators and coaches may access the trading review data, analytics, notes, and account information needed for that workflow.

You should only join workspaces and share data with people or organizations you trust.

5. Service providers

We may use third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, email delivery, payments, monitoring, and support. These providers process information on our behalf so the product can operate.

6. Security and retention

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect account and trading data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, and users remain responsible for protecting their own devices, passwords, and account access.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

7. Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to account status, legal requirements, technical limits, and the rights of other users in shared workspaces.

8. International use

RipeDash may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as RipeDash changes. If updates are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, website, or account email.
